Cat and Sarah are great! They give really useful advice (I’m learning so many things!), and I love how they make it simple by breaking it down into 5 points. I love that the show is not too long, since I often don’t have a lot of time to listen continuously to podcasts. Highly recommend to all parents!

You might well ask why does a mother of an eight year old son who sleeps 12 hours a night listen to The Sleep Mums? I found this podcast for a friend with a newborn who was struggling like I had. I thought I’d just flick her a link but I also decided to listen myself and well, what a joy to be reminded of what I’ve achieved by other woman I can relate to and respect. more
