Absolutely love this podcast but my goodness the sound is terrible. For such a major fashion contributor please look into this, it’s the only let down. The people want to hear you!!!!
I used to absolutely adore this podcast and especially looked forward to the weekly release during lockdown. The perfect long walk companion. The recent changes, where episodes are based on a paid ad have really put me off. I totally understand that they need to make money however just play ads during an episode. I feel cheated when a weekly episode is released and all 30mins is one long advertisement. On the look out for my new favourite pod …
Used to absolutely love the podcast but now it’s got too many ads/sponsorships throughout that are a bit cringe, had to turn off
Updating my review to knock off a star because the spons/ads of the show are getting a bit much. Felt for Polly having to name drop the car company and wedge in its benefits in the recent episode. Ruins the vibe. We tune in to hear “friends” chatting about what they are currently enjoying. It’s much better when it’s staff not guests. Harriett should be on more with Polly and Charlotte. Bring back Heather too. They’re the best cast mix.
I work in advertising and I like that they weave it in but ultimately not every ep has to be a branded episode. It can just have sponsored host reads throughout… without the whole content being around it.
