Thank you so much for sharing this profound wisdom! I have never felt so seen and understood before. I have always thought I was the problem. You have just opened a whole other world up for me. Thank you, thank you !

I stumbled across this podcast and I am only 3 episodes in and each episode has spoken to my soul. For so long everyone in my family has shamed me for being outspoken about my mother’s behavior and they have requested that I move on or make excuses for her. I feel heard and seen knowing that I am able validate myself about my experiences with her and I hope to learn how to navigate healing from my toxic childhood.
I stumbled upon this podcast and have been running episodes back to back. I grew up with a narcissistic mother. My mother wounds have levels. I appreciate your realness and your real talk. Thank you for sharing so much of your story with your listeners. You validate our experiences while showing us that we can break free and live beyond our wounds. Keep up the great work. You are appreciated.
I hope you add more episodes - 2023- present because the show synthesizes trauma sensitive and Afrocentric approaches to intentional healing. Great work! more
