Oh how much this podcast has helped me and allow me to feel seen. This is a great resource. Thank you for this podcast!
I am a Blk man. Although this show very clearly targets Blk women I gain so much insight and perspective. Despite gender, processing and examining feelings are universal. Very grateful. Very appreciative. Thank... more
