In this episode, I’m talking about what’s really been on my mind lately.
First, we get into relationship skills—the ones many of us never learned and why so many people end relationships when things get hard. Then, a little culture check: what’s goi... more
Morgan DeBaun joins me to talk about her new book, Rewrite Your Rules, and the journey from burnout to balance. We get into redefining success, building a life on your own terms, and why being a “rough draft” is more powerful than perfection. A must-... more
Feeling like it’s not working? In this episode, I break down what I think that really means — and why most people quit too soon. We’re talking commitment over motivation, building in the quiet, and how to keep going when no one’s clapping (yet).

I’ve been a listener for over a decade now. Way before Myleik was a mom or in a long-term relationship and although I am a little older than her & I was married with a kid, I still found her perspective refreshing. But today, I listened to her trash talk Megan Markle & call her a FAILURE and I need more context because from my POV, MM launched a TV show that was a HIT & has been renewed for another season and a product-based biz that SOLD out in minutes. She married the world’s most eligible bac... more
Content is amazing but since her return, the ad breaks cut in at the weirdest points. Literally mid-sentence while Myleik is making an important point, a commercial cuts in and when it’s over it’s like she’s continued talking with not clear break or space for even a few seconds. It sounds like a run-on at times. Otherwise the topics and perspectives are gold.
I love listening to Myliek, her voice is so calming and she is always dropping wisdom. Thank you for making this podcast a safe space.
I have listened to Myleik for as long as I can remember! She does not miss! So excited for this new season of her!
Holy sheeeeyit! I’ve been trying to find new black creators in the podcast space and I picked an episode at random. As soon as I heard you mention “Awareness” by Anthony de Mello, a book that’s long been on my list of all time favorites, I immediately subbed and cozied in, knowing I would be here for a while. Looking forward to becoming a long time listener! Thank you for this.
