I was introduced to this podcast recently and was immediately impressed by the different professionals that Kate has on the show! (Esp excited about Todd Baratz, but I digress.) • What’s not to love about this INCREDIBLE podcast?!

I've been an avid listener of The Sexual Wellness Sessions Podcast and I hugely admire Kate's work! Kate is honest, relatebable, informed, and her guests are equally engaging. So, to be invited on as a guest was, well, incredible to say the least. This was probably one of the most honest, heartfelt and liberating conversations I've ever had about my work and advocacy with MRKH, and I attribute this to Kate's boundless empathy, knowledge and belief that everyone has the right to feel included and... more

Understanding Testosterone Beyond the Headlines with Dr Ben Davis
Q: So to kick this off, would you be able to explain exactly what testosterone does and what it does in the body and to the mind and to our health and well-being, what its main functions are, but also to take us beyond the stereotypes of what people might just assume that it's about?
Testosterone is a sex hormone produced mainly in the gonads with widespread receptors; its main roles include reproduction, sexual drive, energy, vitality, and anabolic effects like building muscle and bone. Its influence varies by biological sex and individual receptor sensitivity, and understanding requires looking beyond simplistic stereotypes to see how it interacts with other hormones, brain function, and overall health.
Make Love Not Porn - Creating A Platform Against The Odds with Cindy Gallop
Q: What barriers do female-led sexual wellness startups face in funding and infrastructure, and how are you addressing them?
Barriers include anti-adult-content policies, banking and payments issues, and restrictive platform terms; Cindy is building Make Love Not Porn Academy and an infrastructure roadmap to unlock growth, liquidity, and exits.
Make Love Not Porn - Creating A Platform Against The Odds with Cindy Gallop
Q: Why did you create a platform like Make Love Not Porn and how does it differ from traditional porn as education?
Make Love Not Porn is designed to socialize sex by applying social-media dynamics to real-world sexual experiences, providing education through demonstration and showcasing diverse, consensual, everyday intimacy.
Love By Design - The Six Ingredients For Thriving Relationships with Dr Sara Nasserzadeh
Q: What does it mean to be a 'relationship architect' and how does that concept translate into everyday life?
A relationship architect designs the relationship as a construct that emerges from both partners' needs and values, using the six ingredients as a framework to guide actions, communication, and long-term decisions rather than relying on fate or chemistry alone.
Why Are Sexual Difficulties Still Missing From Healthcare Conversations? With Lorraine Grover
Q: What does a holistic approach to erectile dysfunction look like beyond medications?
A holistic approach includes counseling, partner involvement, dilator training, pelvic health physiotherapy, sex toys, different device options (injections, vacuum devices), and reframing sexual activity to fit the patient's new normal while preserving intimacy.
