  • Relevant and timely

Episode 34 on Burnout was spot on and answered a lot of timely and relevant questions. Really liked how you got into how that is reflected specifically in each of the relevant Hogan Assesments Scales. Thanks a lot for the effort put into to create the podcast episodes. Looking forward to the upcomming ones.

Unique Individuality
Q: Nigel, could you explain the four laws of unique individuality and why each one matters in practical terms?
The four laws establish that each person is uniquely built from birth, we are largely unconscious about our own processes, we rarely know others fully, and, crucially, we must connect with others to realize our potential; taken together they guide how we assess people, lead teams, and navigate life choices.
