    I’ve been following Dr. Brooke for years -her podcast and books. I love her Facebook community to connect with others trying to navigate staying healthy in a crazy world. She’s very quick to respond to emails if you have a question or need a quick piece of advice. She gets to the nitty-gritty on her podcast interviews. This is a great listen overall for women’s health and fitness.
