Good information but way too much marking of products
Delivery needs work. She uptalks and is breathless. Also, 12 minutes of ads is ridiculous.
I’ve been following Dr. Brooke for years -her podcast and books. I love her Facebook community to connect with others trying to navigate staying healthy in a crazy world. She’s very quick to respond to emails if you have a question or need a quick piece of advice. She gets to the nitty-gritty on her podcast interviews. This is a great listen overall for women’s health and fitness.
I really enjoy Listening to Dr. Brooke. She has cutting edge, relevant topics and explains everything in clear, tangible ways. She is very relatable and really wants to help struggling women feel their best. She also has women’s best interest at heart and isn’t into quick fixes for her own personal gain. She is also very responsive with questions!
