I am a new listener. I like what I hear! Keep it going!
A few months ago I fell upon an episode about the 2024 Frozen Snot, where I apparently unknowingly met Grayce. Haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Eric yet. But I am really enjoying the content and having it based in PA, and talking about the races that I’m familiar with is awesome. Looking forward to Frozen Snot in February as I’m sure you guys are too. Great stuff, keep it up!
I have been listening to The Running Mullet for well over a year now. When time permits, I love tuning in live on Monday evenings to engage with both the hosts and the listeners – sharing insight, opinion and even joke around and appreciate the virtual company. In the course of the last 12 months, I have watched and listened as both Eric and Grayce have grown as hosts becoming more comfortable on the air, lifting the weight of nerves and making the podcast so easy to listen to. Grayce and Eric host an awesome show that is both entertaining and knowledgeable - interviewing some incredible people not only in the Pennsylvania trail running scene, but the northeast region as well. A one stop shop of training tips, race reviews and FKT information…as well as quirky jokes, Eric’s “fun facts”, and more often then not, very heartfelt conversation. I never miss an episode! It’s never to late to become a hair in the mullet 🤣
Eric and Grayce have teamed up to do something incredibly special here. Every Monday evening they allow us to tune in, connect with them and celebrate running together.

They cover topics that are relatable, loved and exciting - which means you never know if you will end an episode laughing, crying or accidentally hitting that “registration” button... more
