I’ve stumbled upon Matt’s YouTube channel a few years ago and at the time, it was the first coaching resource I’ve discovered that tackled OCD. I’ve suffered from OCD and anxiety beginning in my early teenage years, but always mis-categorized it with the typical ideology of obsessive organizing or ritualistic behavior. I recently came back to Matt’s platform when life became increasingly difficult and realized I really needed to sort out what’s going on internally to actually move towards over... more
I so appreciate how concise and to the point these episodes are! I love Matt’s insights and how he provides new ways to think that actually help diffuse and break the cycle. I come back to these episodes as refreshers even when I’m doing well anxiety wise, because I find the support so helpful.
Content is great, but he talks way too fast and the constant swallowing and throat clearing makes it very hard to listen to. The content is some of the best I’ve heard, but hard to take it in. Wish I could play this at half speed so I could actually take it in.
This podcast and Matt’s book has changed my life and the way I look at OCD & Anxiety.

Listeners consistently praise concise, relatable guidance, real-world steps, and the host's empathetic delivery, with many saying the material has helped them feel understood and supported in their recovery journey.
