It would be an awareness exercise. Write down from a perspective of awareness what you're noticing in your mind and in your perception of effort before, during, and after a run.

Q: Do you have any advice for someone if they maybe don't have that support system, like person or people who are truly cheering them on on their journey?
The Internet's made it easier because you don't have to be in the same community physically as somebody to get support, but it's as best you can finding some accountability partnership with people who are on the same journey or on the same path.
