I love Henny’s podcasts… the gentle wisdom, the honesty and human reflections so helpful. Which makes them so helpful and relatable…. As if a friend is talking to you, trying to support and help you with everyday challenges. Never feels harsh or theoretical … Henny knows the science and evidence behind the wisdom… just excellent.
I’ve been listening to Henny for some time now and find her subject matter and delivery of it nurturing, nourishing and supportive in understanding and knowing myself more deeply. I look forward each time, to settling down and listening, absorbing her wise words often perfectly timed with my own lightbulb moments in understanding myself and others. Thank you! I am ever grateful to have your gentle, thoughtful and calmly paced offerings.
Hennys words and voice reach a place of me that’s been closed for a long time, her voice is healing and her words are the essence of love. Gentle, powerful, whole. I am grateful to have stumbled across her work via a little book called My Darling Girl in a charity shop in central London.
Allowing myself time to receive the meticulously caring information Henny sources is like being wrapped in a thick, warm, soft duvet of kindness. I have had so many lightbulb moments from hearing her interviews and personal reflections. A podcast I look forward to listening to as I always feel good about myself after wards, less daunted by the bumps in the road as I continue on my rambling journey.
This is my go to podcast when I need some time for myself and to feel calm and centred. Henny’s voice is so calming and exudes compassion. I enjoy this podcast, both the interviews and the solo episodes. I’m looking forward to this new season.
