A limited amount of meditations that were longer than 10min. I’d like more Nidras as well for variety.
Like another reviewer, I found the opening and closing super upbeat music really incongruous with the quiet, meditative state that the actual meditation part is meant to achieve. Doing away with it or at least swapping it for something that’s not going to ruin the effects of the meditation for you would be a major improvement.

There is an interesting range of guests with different meditative styles and much to teach. However the intro and outro are very jarring, making it impractical as a meditative tool. Just put the meditation up.
