I find this so hard to listen to that I’m literally ready for a nap, it drains me. Yes it’s well researched but it’s like listening to a text book, it’s just not digestible for it’s intended targets as most of us are not Drs or masters degree in science holders. It’s just too complicated to be useful to me in clinic.
