I love the information in this podcast. But I can’t even stand to continue and listen because Katie is so mean and passive-aggressive towards Chris. If you don’t believe me, listen to the first 20 minutes of the SIBO episode. Katie calls Chris a “psychopath”, she asks her if she has permission to share, and then makes fun of Chris’ passion for sharing the information.
Sorry, I can’t deal with this sort of negativity. I’ll listen to a different podcast.
I LOVE this podcast — appreciate how insightful, informative, and science backed it is. Katie and Cris are experts in not only clearing skin, but on a much deeper level. I’ve struggled with acne for a decade +, saw several doctors, a naturopath, and none ever shared what these ladies talk about. I learn something new every episode. Also enjoy their energy brought to the show. Never a week I miss listening in!
This goes way beyond skin. I’m learning so much about my body and how to nourish myself well
Very informative, just wished it wasn’t over an hour long. I find it difficult to process so much information at once and pay attention.
Thank you so much Katie and Cris! I feel like podcast has truly changed my life. I’ve struggled with acne and hormonal issues since I was 15 and feel like I finally have specific answers and direction. The wellness space is so oversaturated it’s so reassuring to have this podcast to cut through the noise. They are so knowledgeable and so REAL too. I’m finally taking control of my health and excited to work with you!
