Loving listening to this podcast in fact it’s a favourite at the moment. I’m in the uk and have EDS with pots and mast cell problems with allergies and digestive issues. Joint pain and diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is helping me as I was feeling very alone and misunderstood.
