I am finding this podcast incredibly informative as someone who is just starting to realise that so many of my health problems fit with MCAS. At the same time, I’m on a journey of self discovery as a late diagnosed autistic& ADHD woman. I’m sure there’s a link here- sensitive mind/sensitive body, and you allude to this a few times yourselves. Loving listening to this podcast in fact it’s a favourite at the moment. I’m in the uk and have EDS with pots and mast cell problems with allergies and digestive issues. Joint pain and diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is helping me as I was feeling very alone and misunderstood.
