    Thank you coach Claire! As a 40 year old mom of two young kids and a plant based runner your advice hits it right on the nail for me. I’ve struggled with running and injuries for so many years and now starting to learn, run slow to run fast. It’s a concept that is hard to accept but your podcasts keep it a constant reminder for me.
