Thank you Clare, for helping me get through a dreaded treadmill workout. The tips in last week’s episode hit the mark. I ran a 10k for the first time on one this morning. I appreciate all the time you spend on strengthening our mental health when trying to get through those tough runs.
I recommend this podcast to all my running friends. Claire has a way of making you feel completely understood.
The information is incredibly useful and based in solid science. The episodes are the perfect length—clear, concise, and always uplifting. It’s a must-listen for anyone looking for practical advice and a positive boost.
I’ve been listening to Claire’s voice and advice since “Run to the top”. Starting my run with that familiar voice, puts my mind at ease. This is not just another run podcast. It has so much useful advice across the board. Claire was my first run coach. I was in the first run team she had. I recommend that to any runner. She makes you feel heard. I’m an ultra runner mainly now, but I’m still listening, because her advice works on the trail too. Keep going girl!
Lots of very helpful tips that are backed by science and experience. Love the training lab episodes!
A unique, highly informative podcast, especially with the Mental Strength Minute that Claire gives at the end of each episode. In fact, Claire’s “The Ultimate Race Day Guided Visualization for Runners” (episode 53 from 8/31/23) has been a game-changer for me. I use it frequently during every marathon cycle. It was a crucial part of the mental strength work that helped me finally BQ!
