I have been running for 24 years, but only 3+ as a plant-based runner. I love the info that Coach Claire provides especially the mental strength techniques. I recently got certified as an RRCA Level 1 coach, but have been a little timid in taking steps to begin coaching professionally. I think being coached is probably the first step and Coach Claire seems like the best fit for me!
Thoroughly enjoyed this last podcast! All of the background music keeps me on a nice easy pace while listening when running. Great reminders that scientifically proven im not slow! I run slow to build my aerobic engine so I’m capable of running fast when I want to. Highly recommended! Also, as a member of the PR Team, you can’t get a better run coach who is passionate about a plant based lifestyle. Check it out if that’s your thing!
Thank you Clare, for helping me get through a dreaded treadmill workout. The tips in last week’s episode hit the mark. I ran a 10k for the first time on one this morning. I appreciate all the time you spend on strengthening our mental health when trying to get through those tough runs.
I recommend this podcast to all my running friends. Claire has a way of making you feel completely understood.
The information is incredibly useful and based in solid science. The episodes are the perfect length—clear, concise, and always uplifting. It’s a must-listen for anyone looking for practical advice and a positive boost.
I’ve been listening to Claire’s voice and advice since “Run to the top”. Starting my run with that familiar voice, puts my mind at ease. This is not just another run podcast. It has so much useful advice across the board. Claire was my first run coach. I was in the first run team she had. I recommend that to any runner. She makes you feel heard. I’m an ultra runner mainly now, but I’m still listening, because her advice works on the trail too. Keep going girl!
