She’s so encouraging and she normalises feelings I thought I was the only one who felt that way. Her approaches are brilliant to get to the root of the issue and I am so much more productive and happy with the choices I am making because I am starting to internalise some of the ways of thinking she offers. Thank you, Vikki, for of... more
Just listening to her podcasts you can feel what a wonderfully motivating and empathetic person Vikki is. I also experienced her free group coaching sessions. You can get info about how to access it on her website. I was mind blown how on point the brief coaching sessions within the group setting were. I especially recommend the episodes on self coaching and on preparing for the viva.
I really enjoy this podcast. It’s a great balance of coaching and specific tips to improve our lives and get the best out of ourselves. I’m not a PHD student but everything discussed also applies to my profession as a fiction author.
I highly recommend this podcast! Vikki is great at explaining the topics and how they relate to the normal person. She is good at getting down to the core problem that cause so many of our surface symptoms. I have loved all the episodes I have heard so far. Can’t wait for more episodes!
