    Dr Bubbs does an excellent job with interviewing and moderating his podcasts. He asks all the questions that I would have as a sports RD practitioner and manages to condense several interlinking topics within each podcast. Highly recommend!

    Lots if focused on self-reported data, short-term diets studies (6 mo and less), no control group studies, obesity focused and weight loss vs athletes, no discussion on data collection (food records, 24h recalls, mobile apps, etc) only about prescribed diets (not actual intake of participants), does not discuss muscle mass, quality and physical activity on insulin resistance (only fat focused, some are hyperglycemic because loss of muscle and sarcopenia, frailty…), diminishes CHO foods (no talk ... more
