This podcast is such a breath of fresh air. Ashlene describes the elements of PCOS in truly a balanced way considering the medical AND lifestyle AND psychological perspective. I’ve found other PCOS podcasts are all “medical” or all “natural/holistic” but don’t have a good balance of both. I’ve been struggling with my new PCOS diagnosis and I’m so so grateful to have found this podcast. Thank you, SO much Ashlene!!

Just went off birth control after 17 years, proscribed to me for PCOS as a teen, and am already struggling with uncomfortable cysts. Turned to a podcast search in hopes of learning how to understand and manage my PCOS without the bandaid of oral contraceptives, and two episodes in, I can tell I got very lucky in finding this one. Feels comprehensive, logical, scientific, and approachable, and I feel like improvements are within my reach! Thank you!
