I discovered this podcast a few months ago and it’s changed my life and my journey with Parkinson’s disease. I’ve learned so much from the podcast. Most of all I have learned that other people are struggling with PD just as I am. My favorite time to listen to the podcast is when I’m walking or riding the bike so I’m double dipping — learning and exercising. Thank you Heather, Cat and Chris!
