Love the calm nature of the pod, can really help when feeling a bit on edge
This is just a brilliant resource especially as it’s free. This man’s delivery is superb. The content is first rate. Josh, if you read this, do you do CBT therapy? I’d like to find out how much it costs. I can’t rate this any higher than 5 stars.

I found Joshua Fletcher last year and I read both of his books and I follow him on other podcasts. I’m on my 15th year of dealing with inconsistent health anxiety.
