    I found Joshua Fletcher last year and I read both of his books and I follow him on other podcasts. I’m on my 15th year of dealing with inconsistent health anxiety. Believe me when I tell you that I have tried everything. It started in my mid 20s when I had an exposure to something that I thought might make me sick.     Josh, you’re a voice of calm, reassurance and truth. I’ve been a victim of anxiety for way too many years (15+!!) and just this morning came across this podcast. Let me just say you have given me an optimism and reassurance I have not come across in my vast exploration and search on this subject. You don’t offer pie in the sky quick fixes, BUT assure us with absolute logic and relatable content that we’re not broken, and with a little work, can attain a pre-sensitized state.
