  • A haven!

You can't have enough reminders about how deeply important it is to live a real life. There is still so much toxic wellness out there and this podcast identifies what really matters when it comes to building a life that is as healthy on the inside as it is on the outside.

  • Still One of my favorites!

I have been listening to the Whole View for a very long time—many years to be more exact. I was disappointed when Sarah left the show, but actually, I am enjoying the show even more now that Stacy has taken over the reins. She has a wide variety of topics which are always well researched. It is always fun listening to this podcast each week, and if you are lucky, sometimes there will be a bonus episode! Keep up the good work, and keep digging for all of the science-backed, evidence-based resea... more

I was in the middle of the Candida episode which I was LOVING! With the guy speaker she brought on. He was nailing it. Teaching me things I didn’t even think to try about my own candida journey. That supplements may make it worse, that once it’s an overgrowth you may be past the main candida and gave me a list of the muster types of it to look in to. Totally nailing it that GMO foods, toxic vaccine ingredients we’re feeding the problem. And the podcast host cut him right off in the middle of his... more

  • Trustworthy!

I appreciate and trust Stacy and what she brings to us! Honestly, for years she has been the first person I check to see what she has to say about the best choice for a safe product or the wisest choice of a specific nutritional product, food, etc. I just know she does her research, is science-based, and is also balanced and reasonable.

Cleaning House: the Politics of Clean Living w/ Lindsay Dahl
Q: What can individuals do to help with clean living advocacy?
Call your elected officials at both state and federal levels to express your concerns about toxic chemicals and the need for cleaner living.
Diets Didn't Work. This Did.
Q: Did you make a conscious choice? Were you like, OK, that's it. I'm healing this? Or did it kind of just happen and you realized it?
Yes, to both. I think I made a conscious decision to no longer do anything related to diet culture.
Episode 144: The Real Real w/ Mark Sisson
Q: What would you suggest a listener do to improve their well-being?
Walk. It's the quintessential human movement and incredibly beneficial for overall health.
Episode 144: The Real Real w/ Mark Sisson
Q: What inspired your approach to talk a lot about walking?
I recognized that way too many people are beating themselves up putting in unnecessary miles, struggling and suffering in pursuit of some downstream goal. Life shouldn't be that way, and walking is a more enjoyable way to stay active.
Episode 139: Dead Wrong, The Impacts of Misinformation and Disinformation on our Well-Being w/ Geeta "Dr. G" Nayyar
Q: Can you remind people where they can find your book and connect with you on social media?
My book is available anywhere books are sold, like Amazon and Barnes & Noble. You can find my website at www.drgeethanayyar.com and I'm easily found on social media by searching 'Dr. G'.
