  • Still One of my favorites!

I have been listening to the Whole View for a very long time—many years to be more exact. I was disappointed when Sarah left the show, but actually, I am enjoying the show even more now that Stacy has taken over the reins. She has a wide variety of topics which are always well researched. It is always fun listening to this podcast each week, and if you are lucky, sometimes there will be a bonus episode! Keep up the good work, and keep digging for all of the science-backed, evidence-based resea... more

I was in the middle of the Candida episode which I was LOVING! With the guy speaker she brought on. He was nailing it. Teaching me things I didn’t even think to try about my own candida journey. That supplements may make it worse, that once it’s an overgrowth you may be past the main candida and gave me a list of the muster types of it to look in to. Totally nailing it that GMO foods, toxic vaccine ingredients we’re feeding the problem. And the podcast host cut him right off in the middle of his... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Are Women Burned Out…or Just Asked to Carry Too Much?
Q: What would you say is the kernel, the nugget, the advice you would give to someone starting today?
The guidance is to pick one low-resistance health habit to start with, track its immediate benefits, and build from there; the idea is to create momentum through small, sustainable steps rather than trying to overhaul everything at once.
Are Women Burned Out…or Just Asked to Carry Too Much?
Q: Can you share, I know you just have a new book that came out, The Consistency Code. Can you talk a little bit about what drove that desire to write that particular book?
Courtney explains she left the fat-loss world for a framework focused on stress management, identity work, and capacity—four core conversations that underpin sustainable health, adaptable to any life stage.
The Epstein Files & Beyond: What Happens When Power Protects Predators?
Q: From Kris, how do you think individuals can navigate misinformation while still engaging with heavy topics like these without getting overwhelmed?
Start with credible sources, diversify your reading, and maintain a table to compare narratives. Look for corroborating evidence across multiple independent outlets, and allow yourself to be persuadable by new, well-supported information rather than clinging to a single viewpoint.
The Epstein Files & Beyond: What Happens When Power Protects Predators?
Q: Nick, what's your approach when tackling a topic that blends investigative journalism with conspiracy theories and elite power structures?
I emphasize rigorous sourcing, cross-referencing documents, and not taking sensational claims at face value. The goal is to build a well-supported narrative that explains how power operates and why accountability is essential, even when the material is uncomfortable or controversial.
Love May Be Blind, But Is It Healthy?
Q: Can you tell listeners a little more about yourself?
Jackie describes her background as a TV network general manager who shifted into matchmaking, driven by a passion to help women with their love lives and to guide people toward healthier partnerships.
