It is always fun listening to this podcast each week, and if you are lucky, sometimes there will be a bonus episode! Keep up the good work, and keep digging for all of the science-backed, evidence-based resea... more

I appreciate and trust Stacy and what she brings to us! Honestly, for years she has been the first person I check to see what she has to say about the best choice for a safe product or the wisest choice of a specific nutritional product, food, etc. I just know she does her research, is science-based, and is also balanced and reasonable.
