  • Therapy for the soul right now

This podcast is like pocket therapy. I came here via the Waking Up app (big thanks to Sam Harris for that gem). Jonah has a way of teaching mindfulness that makes it feel accessible. You laugh at yourself and learn a lesson. Lately I’ve been super anxious (I live in the US 😅) and this podcast has helped me immensely. Congrats on creating something so cool, Jonah!

go jonah. i enjoy your honesty and find enlightening your ability to examine your own foibles and frailties so publicly.

as an australian living far from home and as a fellow traveler as it were, i get joy from the little slices of life with which you ornament your theses and dissertations.

i followed you across from the waking up app where your insights added great value to the content or encouraged me to seek out stuff i’d overlooked. i look forward to seeing what progress you make here an... more

Q: What do you think about using medications like Ozempic for weight management and its impact on cravings?
