  • Excellent and thoughtful podcast

I’ve really enjoyed listening to Over 50 with Kevin English. It’s thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. I’ve participated in a couple of the challenges, and they’ve been both engaging and effective. Kevin does a great job cutting through the noise and focusing on what actually works. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay sharp, healthy, and intentional after 50.

  • Lost me with the pseudo science guests

The topics on exercising and eating right are great and appreciate the focus for this age range but you lost me with guests that promote pseudo science ‘cleanses’ with a lack of clear scientific backing. This can cause more harm than good. Thanks, but no thanks.
