Better than all the therapy I’ve ever had over 20 years. I’ve shared w my brother.
It was just the same for me. My husband is a mathematician. My son shone in maths too. They’ve driven me crazy as they only think in logic. One day I felt envious of them both & learning algebra is a fantastic idea. Wish I knew how to get in touch with you. Love the series & it is really helping me. Thank you x
I have lived a devastating, and emotionally stressful life for the majority of my time on this planet. I have spent countless years denying my reality, allowing myself to be gaslit by abusive people, and continually living an unfulfilled life.
This year I received my BPD diagnoses and everything started to make sense.
I listened to your gaslighting episode and cried! You have a very wonderful way of putting BPD concepts into words. Thank you for the content.
I have bpd and I married and escaped a narcissist. I’m a survivor but still battle daily the rollercoaster ride that is life. You are very open and it’s great to relate to someone who knows how bpd affects life. I do have several T-shirt’s explaining mental illness and bpd but I wish I was brave enough to speak out loud to many. I do believe I will one day and try and help those that feel stigmatised by their mental illness as I often do. Thank you for your podcast ☺️
