  • Good content, bad audio

Great content and guests, especially the Q&A episodes. But as others have said, the audio quality is so jerky and bad it’s distracting - you need to change whatever editing software you’re using.

  • Audio Editing is awful

I used to listen to this podcast all of the time but whatever tool they’re using to automatically remove filler words (at least it seems like that’s what’s happening) makes listening feel so awkward that I can’t handle it anymore. Every sentence feels like it gets cut off halfway through. Please stop so I can get back to listening.

  • Get to the point

Literally said the same thing for the first 8 minutes about net new customers. He’s speaking on increasing top line revenue and if I’m a buyer listening to this guy sell, I’d interrupt and end the call. Snooze fest.

SaaStr 873: Agents Are Your New Power Users: How Klaviyo CEO Andrew Bialecki Is Remaking a $1.4B Business for the Agent Era
Q: For the non-developers, are they getting close to programming in English, or do they still need to understand code?
There is a course on system decomposition, and the approach treats functional roles as software-like contracts, enabling marketers, salespeople, and engineers to reason about and decompose work in concrete, interface-like terms rather than fuzzy processes.
SaaStr 873: Agents Are Your New Power Users: How Klaviyo CEO Andrew Bialecki Is Remaking a $1.4B Business for the Agent Era
Q: How many employees do you have, Andrew?
We're about 2,300 Klaviyos, and the team includes product folks and designers who can commit code across Dark Factory and other initiatives.
SaaStr 867: $0 to $500M ARR in 13 Months. Inside Higgsfield's Viral AI Growth with Alex Mashrabov, co-founder and CEO
Q: What is ARR and how is it defined in your model?
ARR is explained as a combination of annual subscription revenue divided into 12 months plus on-demand usage revenue, with a focus on revenue recognition rather than cash, and an emphasis on credit attribution; they note significant annual components and ongoing movement toward higher-value, service-oriented offerings.
SaaStr 867: $0 to $500M ARR in 13 Months. Inside Higgsfield's Viral AI Growth with Alex Mashrabov, co-founder and CEO
Q: Do you enable agencies? Do you have a Higgsfield offering for agencies?
Agencies are the platform's number-one customer segment, with a strong focus on empowering creative agencies to work at scale; Higgsfield supports agency use, and they are actively building enablement and deployment teams to help large agencies adopt and customize the tools for high-volume content creation.
SaaStr 866: Agents Didn't Kill Sales. They Just Exposed It with SaaStr CEO and Founder Jason Lemkin
Q: What is the current state of engineering hiring with automation and AI changing the landscape?
Engineering demand remains high, but the bar is rising; fewer entry-level hires are worth training, and great engineers who can leverage AI tools are in extremely high demand, while basic admin-page work is less needed.
