  • A great sobriety podcast!

Arlina does an excellent job bringing out the raw stories and experiences of people going through sobriety. She does this by being relatable, open, and human. The interviews are a perfect blend of her insights and the guests experiences. A lot of hosts don’t hit that balance perfectly, sometimes either talking to much or just letting the guest run the show. Not Arlina.
