    I had been dealing with OCD for 10 years not fully knowing. First we thought it was my hormones, so I went on B-hrt when that didn’t work I did IFS therapy and while my brain loved analyzing all the parts, it made it worse. Then I did Neurotherapy everyday for over 3 months, I thought maybe I was improving a tad, I was left wondering if I had a brain tumor, parasites in my brain, or if I was crazy.
