Kristen is a marvelous interviewer. after listening to just one interview, I decided to subscribe! She has a really nice way of summing up what her guest says and telling them what she appreciated about things they said, which is so affirming! Kristen does a great job of educating on how to nourish our nervous system, something we could all benefit from, especially in these stressful times in our vata-dominant culture.
