    I am a guy who really enjoys these wonderful ladies. Episode 24 was the one that hit all the buttons for me and I have been listening ever since. Im married so their female specific advice is still valuable to me as my wife is also in recovery. They have such a relaxing and chill way of sharing their message’s it’s a breath of fresh air whenever I need to hear a calming voice. Thank you for all you do and all the valuable info!

    I started my alcohol free journey about 10 months ago, was looking to find some podcasts on sobriety and this is seriously the best one. I love listening to the episodes on my walks, I love how honest and relatable they both are. They give such good advice and each episode is just a solid reminder of why i’m doing what i’m doing.   • Versatile and refreshing content on being alcohol-free

    I came across this podcast through Sara’s TikTok and am so glad I did. I was filling my ears with ‘quit lit’ but this has been the one podcast that really resonated and stuck. I just wanted to try a break from alcohol - no AA, no ‘admitting I had a problem’, just give it a go and see what that’s like. I’ve been alcohol free for three months now and find these podcasts really help with giving me food for thought (and action!).
