I greatly appreciate Sara's vulnerability in sharing her personal experience. It's an honest podcast but it's not all wallowing in the past. It is empowering! Great mix of story and educating.
I was sober curious so I started reading Quit Lit and listening to sober podcasts. Stumbled across Sara on Instagram and there was something about her journey and her message that resonated with me. Perhaps that she was a high functioning drinker who didn’t have a rock bottom moment but knew something had to change? Anyway, I listen to this podcast on my morning walks and during my commute and it has changed my life in a way I didn’t think possible. Thank you Sara!
I am a guy who really enjoys these wonderful ladies. Episode 24 was the one that hit all the buttons for me and I have been listening ever since. Im married so their female specific advice is still valuable to me as my wife is also in recovery. They have such a relaxing and chill way of sharing their message’s it’s a breath of fresh air whenever I need to hear a calming voice. Thank you for all you do and all the valuable info!
I started my alcohol free journey about 10 months ago, was looking to find some podcasts on sobriety and this is seriously the best one. I love listening to the episodes on my walks, I love how honest and relatable they both are. They give such good advice and each episode is just a solid reminder of why i’m doing what i’m doing. Thank you ladies so much!

I’ve been a listener from well before I was ready to quit, the sentiment “no more wasted days” resonated with me from the get, and I finally took the plunge and haven’t looked back. I haven’t listened to all of the shows, but man it always seems the ones I need to hear when I need to hear it come through. Today I listened to the one about summer, and coming into my se... more
