I am a guy who really enjoys these wonderful ladies. Episode 24 was the one that hit all the buttons for me and I have been listening ever since. Im married so their female specific advice is still valuable to me as my wife is also in recovery. They have such a relaxing and chill way of sharing their message’s it’s a breath of fresh air whenever I need to hear a calming voice. Thank you for all you do and all the valuable info!
I started my alcohol free journey about 10 months ago, was looking to find some podcasts on sobriety and this is seriously the best one. I love listening to the episodes on my walks, I love how honest and relatable they both are. They give such good advice and each episode is just a solid reminder of why i’m doing what i’m doing. Thank you ladies so much!

I’ve been a listener from well before I was ready to quit, the sentiment “no more wasted days” resonated with me from the get, and I finally took the plunge and haven’t looked back. I haven’t listened to all of the shows, but man it always seems the ones I need to hear when I need to hear it come through. Today I listened to the one about summer, and coming into my se... more
Sara and Heather are a compassionate and knowledgeable duo. I really appreciate their helpful tips and nonjudgmental perspective! I highly recommend this podcast!

I just wanted to try a break from alcohol - no AA, no ‘admitting I had a problem’, just give it a go and see what that’s like. I’ve been alcohol free for three months now and find these podcasts really help with giving me food for thought (and action!). The top tip I heard Sara say was that if you listen to a quit lit audi... more
