  • Best sober podcast

I’ve tried so many sober podcasts and this is by far my favourite. Despite the fact im British, I find the host so relatable. I particularly like the fact there is no religion or AA involved …although host is not critical of these approaches AND does have a spiritual side. She’s very authentic and fun.

  • Great sober guide!

LOVE this podcast! Listening to Sara got me through my first sober vacation. She’s relatable and kind and encouraging. I like her short episodes when I just need a quick hit of encouragement—they are PACKED with good information and ideas. And I like her longer episodes with interviews. I’ve tried out a few sober podcasts, and this is my favorite (maybe because I’m from the PacNW too!). Thanks Sara for being such an enthusiastic guide into sober living! P.S. I like when you rail on Big Alcohol!

  • “When You Quit Drinking But Your Partner Doesn’t”

Just finished the best episode yet. Longtime listener and fan, so I had to write a review about this one. Sara knocked it out of the park. As a sober podcast connoisseur, this one is a must listen for those with non-sober partner. Thanks so much, Sara!
