  • Excellent; until

I was really benefiting from the tips and advice I was hearing from the ladies but then Sara brought in politics. I don’t listen to a recovery podcast to hear about your political affiliations. That really soured me and ruined this podcast forever.

  • Insightful and Inspiring

I greatly appreciate Sara's vulnerability in sharing her personal experience. It's an honest podcast but it's not all wallowing in the past. It is empowering! Great mix of story and educating.

  • Changed My Life

I was sober curious so I started reading Quit Lit and listening to sober podcasts. Stumbled across Sara on Instagram and there was something about her journey and her message that resonated with me. Perhaps that she was a high functioning drinker who didn’t have a rock bottom moment but knew something had to change? Anyway, I listen to this podcast on my morning walks and during my commute and it has changed my life in a way I didn’t think possible. Thank you Sara!
