  • Going political on a mental health podcast is tacky

I decided to listen in because of the topic related to mental health and ended tuning into a podcast alienating 60% of Americans . It’s incredibly ignorant and tacky. Not only do you babble misinformation and nonsense but you are incredibly misinformed on many issues pertaining to American politics . more

  • Not willing to help everyone

Something from one of the episodes did not sit right with me. They veered off topic and started talking about American politics. They specifically said they hope certain people are not listening to their show. They started this show to help people who went through the same trauma that they did. To belittle people who went to a similar trauma to you is disgraceful. There are many other podcasts out there that can help people. Avoid this one
