This is such a great, uplifting podcast where each episode is less than 5 minutes, it’s got no commercials, and the author also posts graphics to Instagram that illustrate the core concept of each episode. The episodes make wonderful little pep talks every morning. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!
Great content, but the recording quality is lacking. Investing on a better microphone would greatly improve the quality of the podcast.
This is the best podcast I have ever heard. I never want this to end. I like that it’s short and crisp but also I hate that it ends. I love this. Keep going.
I love the length and punch of these episodes. It helps me ground myself into a blissful state to show up as my best self! I’m inspired to start my own now!!
I look forward to listening to this podcast every day before work. It gives me the chance to reflect on myself and my feelings before I go about my day, and I find the topics to be very insightful.
