  • Great informative podcast

I enjoy listening and learning from this podcast. As an “older PT” who has had limited training in weight lifting and one who works with older adults in skilled nursing, I am excited to personally embark on a dedicated strength training journey and to educate and reinforce to my clients the importance of strength training for optimal aging.

I have just ordered the Never too old to Lift book from Amazon and am excited to start!
