The Narcissistic Trauma Recovery Podcast is to help women thrive after the devastating effects of trauma through narcissistic abuse. Hosted by Caroline Strawson, award winning Trauma Informed Coach & Therapist, founder of the Narcissistic Trauma Recovery Programme using a unique integration of tools such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Breath Work and RTT, author (Divorce Became My Superpower) and speaker, this podcast is created to provide support, education and awareness around self healing, gaslighting, complex PTSD, codependency and surviving narcissistic abuse. Caroline’s approach is different to other Narcissist & Trauma Informed therapists / coaches. I really value how she breaks things down and explains so easily! I listen to the new episodes every Tuesday. Thank you!
I am slowly cutting of contact with my narcissist and this is a perfect explanation of what I am going through. I felt like a failure when I would give in and respond back to my narcissist and or spend some time with him. Everything I have been researching says to go no contact and my friends tell me to go no contact. I can’t wait to get to that point in my life but this is such a validating podcast for that time where we are “weening” ourselves off of the abuse. Thank you for this.
I really benefit from listening to this podcast.
Self indulgent, opinion packaged as fact. Not for me.
Aside from her knowledge and the way she explains narcissism I really love Caroline’s positivity and focus on ‘working on self’. Really inspiring, and one of the best podcasts on the subject. We’ll worth bingeing on. Thank you Caroline :)
