I have a parent who suffers from a personality disorder. I have found some helpful information online, but it often stops at simplistic ideas like setting boundaries. This man gets it. Every episode is a revelation. And he is compassionate to everyone involved without excusing hurtful behavior. An angel sent to help us.
This episode is loaded with help for the person with a covert narcissist partner! Hopefully Dr Mazzella will continue to have more episodes similar to this one.
