    This is a great podcast for learning the nuts and bolts of strength and conditioning, especially if you want to take the CSCS exam. Matt does a great job of breaking it down without being too technical in the science jargon. It’s good to have a notebook handy.

    Over the past couple of months, I have been slowly immersing myself in the world of exercise science. I found this podcast whilst looking for podcasts on the topic. I would recommend this show in a heartbeat for all of the people who are interested in exercise science. The speaker really knows what he's talking about.
