  • Just the best yoga podcast ever

I love this podcast minutes into listening to it. Keeping yoga teaching real and authentic. I love the episode on dynamic aging and the one on yoga teachers not having to be able to do all the poses. As a yoga teacher with hip issues this made me feel validated. Thanks Brea.

  • Powerful!!!

I love this podcast so much. 💕🙌

Brea has such great helpful tips on how to be a successful and confident yoga instructor.

She uses her own experiences and gifted knowledge that has helped me and reminded me of things that I have been complacent with or have stayed “comfortable” with.
