The podcast itself offers decent life practices. These messages are however hindered by the fact that (on average) the first 4 and a half minutes are an advertisement. Thats half the length of the podcast. The host speaks with a fairly flat affect. The information is strong but hard to pay attention to when its completely emotionless...it lacks any flair to motivate.
