    Consistently informative! Exciting stories told in a series of personal, low-key chats. I love how they start every episode with a cup of coffee!

    In recent episodes, the sound level is consistently inconsistent. The commercials are *always* much louder than the rest of the podcast, and the gold rush episode of "Hometown History" requires the listener to have their hand on a volume knob that can go up and down something like thirty to fifty decibels at a time, as it goes from a commercial (very l... more
