Jackie’s podcast is the overlapping area in the Venn diagram of losing weight and mindful eating, and it’s what the internet NEEDS. There are too many voices on both sides of this argument, but she brings them together well! I strongly recommend you listen!
Jackie’s unconventional approach challenges the food rules and brings real, practical wisdom for you to implement. Each episode has you thinking differently about what you’ve been taught about food, the scale, and calories in and out. I feel more empowered because of this podcast and it’s a must listen if you’re ready to ditch the guilt and trust yourself with food!
I love Jackie's energy! She's so fun to listen to. I feel like I'm chatting with a friend and a coach at the same time. I am on my own fitness journey and what she says are wonderful reminders that puts me in the place of going back to that beginner mindset.
