    Jackie’s podcast is the overlapping area in the Venn diagram of losing weight and mindful eating, and it’s what the internet NEEDS. There are too many voices on both sides of this argument, but she brings them together well! I strongly recommend you listen!

    I love Jackie's energy! She's so fun to listen to. I feel like I'm chatting with a friend and a coach at the same time. I am on my own fitness journey and what she says are wonderful reminders that puts me in the place of going back to that beginner mindset. It's not about how fast I can get there but about what's sustainable for the long haul.
