I love the sleep meditations and other episodes but the introductions and post meditations are jarringly loud compared to the meditations. They kinda kill the relaxation induced by the meditations.
I've been using these meditations for almost a year and they're brilliant. For sleep, for relaxation, and to calm my anxious mind.

I love Sara Raymond and I have made a specific playlist of her different meditations ( sleep, morning, and quick pick me ups) I am a daily listener multiple times per day. I have no issue with skipping past Les’s interviews because I am not here for those. One gripe I had was how loud his advertisements were right before and after one of Sara’s meditations here and on my Spotify Premium!
