Thank you so much ! Your podcast has helped me sleep better đ´
I started listening a few months ago and enjoyed the mindful meditation practices. Itâs transitioned into this for-profit mindfulness niche podcast. Canât recommend it, we have plenty of mental health influencers and this is looking to fill more of that vacuous space. Unsubscribed!
This is by far one of my all-time favorite podcasts! The way that Les and Sara overdelivers EVERY SINGLE TIME is incredible. If youâre a person interested in mindfulness, this is your âholy grailâ lol. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to develop themselves into whole, peaceful beings! Thanks for everything you do Les and Sara. â Doug Noll
