I started listening a few months ago and enjoyed the mindful meditation practices. It’s transitioned into this for-profit mindfulness niche podcast. Can’t recommend it, we have plenty of mental health influencers and this is looking to fill more of that vacuous space. Unsubscribed!

A PhD Explains Why Communication Fails and How to Fix It with NLP
Q: How can NLP help with parenting and difficult conversations?
By earning the right to influence—meeting the other person where they are, joining their play or mental state, and guiding the discussion with curiosity and specific questions to uncover what is important to them.
How a Rheumatologist Is Rethinking Stress, Disease, and Healing
Q: What is heart rate variability (HRV) and why is it important in autoimmune diseases?
HRV is the variation in time between heartbeats that reflects autonomic nervous system activity. Higher variability at rest indicates a resilient parasympathetic state, while reduced variability under stress suggests sympathetic dominance. This provides a quantifiable target for assessing stress biology in patients with autoimmune diseases and helps tailor interventions.
How to Use Your Past to Build Resilience w/ Chris Duffin
Q: What are you focused on now?
I'm focusing on helping others discover their resilience through my work in strength, wellness, and personal development.
How to Use Your Past to Build Resilience w/ Chris Duffin
Q: What does resilience mean to you?
Resilience means a lot to me; it is the essence of life, fundamentally tied to how we respond to challenges and growth.
The Program That GUARANTEES to Reverse Diabetes w/ Dr. Jefferey Hockings
Q: What led you to want to work on this specifically though?
Dr. Hockings was motivated by family experiences with diabetes complications.
