  • Stop the interviews

For me, the Mindful Movement is Sarah. Her meditation guidance is everything. It bothers me so much that her partner took the popularity of her work and made it his own. And I have had enough of the new episodes being his interviews. BRING BACK SARAH

  • Latest Episode Sealed the deal

I started listening a few months ago and enjoyed the mindful meditation practices. It’s transitioned into this for-profit mindfulness niche podcast. Can’t recommend it, we have plenty of mental health influencers and this is looking to fill more of that vacuous space. Unsubscribed!

Why Are Women Expected to Suffer Through Menopause? | Debra Muth
Q: What is your view on thyroid health in the context of menopause and overall hormone balance?
Thyroid health is foundational; even when thyroid is corrected on paper, many still feel off if other systems like adrenals and ovaries are not addressed. A holistic approach across the endocrine axis is necessary.
Why Are Women Expected to Suffer Through Menopause? | Debra Muth
Q: How should someone approach hormone replacement—estrogen, progesterone, or other pathways—especially with concerns about cancer risk?
She emphasizes individualized care, progesterone is important for many, but not everyone benefits from it alone; estrogen may be needed in some cases but should be paired with progesterone to mitigate risks; the importance of testing modality and the broader endocrine context is stressed.
Why Are Women Expected to Suffer Through Menopause? | Debra Muth
Q: What led you to focus on mold and Lyme disease in your practice and how does that relate to menopause symptoms?
Debra explains that chronic infections and toxin exposure can affect hormonal balance and thyroid function, and that treating underlying infections like Lyme, mold, and sinus fungal issues often improves perimenopausal and thyroid-related symptoms.
From Atheism to Belief | A Physicist’s Journey into Faith
Q: So when did you start to see science and faith as compatible rather than incompatible?
He explains a long, winding path from childhood love of science, through exposure to diverse religious ideas, to a pivotal moment in his 40s when experiential and intellectual insights aligned, leading to a belief that integrates science with faith.
