  • Great info but

The information and research you have is amazing, but you really should consider cleaning up your language. It is offensive to me and is the reason I am no longer listening to the podcast and why I won’t purchase the book.

  • Volume issues

I really enjoy the info Paul provides but dang if the intro and outro don’t bust my ear drums with how much louder they are over the actual podcast. Seems like an easy fix to an annoying problem.

  • Life Changing

The Hardiness podcast with Paul and Carly and their guests has been transformative for me in the past year. I’m late to the show and now a curious devotee.

And I highly recommend Paul’s book: The Hardiness Effect. Easily digestible content that really reinforces the lessons learned on the podcast.
