This show is so nourishing and insightful. There’s so much encouragement and practical perspective to listen in on!
I love this podcast! A client showed me this as we were working on intuitive eating and body image. We discussed each week in our nutrition sessions. Jenn and her guests are so knowledgeable and bring light to all the topics women go through as they age into perimenopause. I now use this show a a great resource for any client who is in perimenopause stage of life!
I can’t remember how I found this pod, but I’m glad I did. (Jenn may have been a guest on another of my regular listens.) Whether she’s interviewing a guest or going solo, there’s always some nugget for me to take away. The episode where she talked with the sister she met late in life was particularly memorable.
