I’ve dipped in and out of this podcast for some time, but the content has become increasingly repetitive. What stands out even more is that much of the podcast functions as a promotional vehicle for their buyer’s agency and wealth advisory services. While they frequently reference “real client stories,” these examples rarely include any meaningful detail about the strategies or solutions involved. As a result, the podcast often feels less like an educational resource and more like a twice-weekly... more

With some strong guests from time to time, the data driven episodes mean that it can be a helpful pod. Unfortunately, the format is let down by a tendency to repeat very similar messages and drift into an infomercial for Michael’s company and services. That does get boring pretty quickly. Moreover, much of the messaging and information is aimed at newcomers, which means it has a shelf-life for most investors. There are some gems in there, but you need to dig.
This podcast has quickly become my go to resource for property investment insights and personal finance wisdom. As someone judging a busy career while trying to build wealth through property, I appreciate how Michael packs so much value. Michael breaks down complex topics into actionable advice.
