Not so humble bragging about how proud you are to have made so much money on your investments as a ‘property dumbo’ - wow! 😭

It’s clear Australia’s property market is being controlled by opportunistic investors, driving up prices in any city or region they can get their grubby hands on. Which drives locals out and is surely unsustainable long term for that reason. It’s a national shame.

A relentless one trick promoter of lemon properties in regional AU, an otherwise quality pod chose the wrong “expert” Simon Pressley of Propertology

The service is a thumping dud and lost instant credibility for any presenter who invites this guy onto the show

  • Interview with Simon Pressley

It was so good to have an interviewee that didn’t merely just agree with Chris and Veronica. Was getting very boring listening to the hosts personal investment views that are made to sound like fact and that they are the only opinion and ways of doing things.
