Used to be great…. But they lost me with their negative gearing episode…. That was strange

  • Population growth as the real elephant in the room

Often I find the podcasts focus too much on housing as an investment and less as a home or shelter. The episode with Paul Ryan was disappointing when it talks about affordability and density — again focus on economics vs sustainable development. more

  • Really informative!

Such a good podcast full of interesting data and viewpoints. As an older renter, I like how you always consider renters in the discussion and that buying isn’t always the better option - It helps give us renters hope! You’re both well-informed and you get well-informed guests in, making it always a really interesting listen.
