I’m an enthusiastic follower of the entire Rask series and a regular listener to the Property podcast. However, after listening to several episodes consecutively, I’ve found the frequent references to immigration and overseas students—often framed from a distinctly right-leaning perspective—distracting and repetitive.

I knew and respect Chris and Amy from other podcasts and was looking forward to a property resource targeting a younger audience, but unfortunate this isn’t it. I’ve listened gern the start, but lately Pete’s rambling with Macrobusiness right wing propaganda and fear mongering about “Asian immigrants” has gotten too alienating.
Spruiking property as a wealth-creation scheme has to end. We need to blow up the property market and impose policy that makes it unattractive as an investment wealth-creation scheme! Housing should be within the reach of every Australian worker again. Prices have blown out since the 90’s due to property hoarding by speculators. This country’s biggest shame! People who own more than one house should be heavily taxed.
This pod has quite a low standard of insights related to its content.
Really basic stuff, best suited to anyone who has absolutely no knowledge on any form of investment.
That is fine but the key problem is they just repeat the same basic stuff, “talk to a broker…”. It gets a bit boring and repetitive, no real value or even entertainment delivered.
Came here because I enjoyed hearing Pete on other pods like DFA but was really underwhelmed with this pod.
