    Very knowledgeable presenter and well put to the audience but I don’t share her excitement about big tech tracking my property searches, connecting agents so we get random phone calls asking if we want to sell, getting algorithm generated suggestions on what the bot thinks I want etc. I’m old school like John, just want to search what I want to search and leave me to it.

    And honestly, do we have to do welcome to country for a podcast, geez people

  • False dichotomy of increasing prices on shelters

    Investors tempering out of. Victoria due to new policies is not the issue here. I’m not sure why it’s always touted as such. Other states perhaps should follow suit. Housing prices continuing to increase without adequate policies to temper them is not helpful to the displaced, renters or home owners for shelter. For every house that’s not demanded by investors- it would likely benefit a home owner who used to rent due to soaring and unsustainable prices. Supply is not the issue if we manage... more
