John makes his opinions based on facts and backs his opinions up. Rachelle and Emily sit on the fence, give opinions based on emotion or what they’ve heard.
John is fantastic. Haven’t listened since Emily left. Have listened to two eps in the last week. Please find another co host that adds value and has an opinion and can banter.
Stop the welcome to country at the end it’s not needed
Very knowledgeable presenter and well put to the audience but I don’t share her excitement about big tech tracking my property searches, connecting agents so we get random phone calls asking if we want to sell, getting algorithm generated suggestions on what the bot thinks I want etc. I’m old school like John, just want to search what I want to search and leave me to it.
And honestly, do we have to do welcome to country for a podcast, geez people
