  • Super helpful (and as a bonus, fun to listen to)!

Emily and John are great value and complement each other’s areas of expertise. I’ve found them very helpful on my first home buying journey. more

  • Ep 526 A.I and tech in property

Very knowledgeable presenter and well put to the audience but I don’t share her excitement about big tech tracking my property searches, connecting agents so we get random phone calls asking if we want to sell, getting algorithm generated suggestions on what the bot thinks I want etc. I’m old school like John, just want to search what I want to search and leave me to it.

  • Insightful and Informative

As a long-term listener of the My Millennial Property podcast, I recently had the pleasure of listening episode 511 of the Podcast featuring Deborah Holmes, founder of the Avalon Centre. This episode was particularly noteworthy as it focused on homelessness and how we can solve the current housing crisis. more
