  • Average- John makes the podcast

John makes his opinions based on facts and backs his opinions up. Rachelle and Emily sit on the fence, give opinions based on emotion or what they’ve heard.

  • Ep 526 A.I and tech in property

Very knowledgeable presenter and well put to the audience but I don’t share her excitement about big tech tracking my property searches, connecting agents so we get random phone calls asking if we want to sell, getting algorithm generated suggestions on what the bot thinks I want etc. I’m old school like John, just want to search what I want to search and leave me to it.

And honestly, do we have to do welcome to country for a podcast, geez people
