    I don’t believe housing should be used to gain wealth, but I listen for research purposes.

    Using property to build wealth directly hurts people. As a single parent who became priced out of the market in my home city - and was forced to leave all our friends and family to move to the country, I am one of those people. I don’t know how property investors sleep at night, except I do because government decades-long policy has normalised property greed.

    This used to be a good podcast and still provides some useful insights. Unfortunately it can be a bit much as they use every opportunity to criticise some of the reviews they have received in the past by making silly comments. Whilst these reviews may have been hurtful it comes across as quite childish.
