I don’t believe housing should be used to gain wealth, but I listen for research purposes.
Using property to build wealth directly hurts people. The show provides data-driven, annually refreshed perspectives on property in Australia, balancing planning, purchasing, and cost analytics with practical, real-world examples. Listeners get actionable takeaways on how policy, rates, and supply constraints influence affordability, risk, and long‑term wealth, with a steady emphasis on independent advice and transparent cost considerations. A standout trait is the trio's ability to translate complex macro factors into concr... more
