Dr Sinha’s story telling and analogies make the physiology and biochemistry of metabolism easy to understand and memorable. Combined with his Metabolic Wellness programs and other educational materials, a Au stainable healthy and preventative health life style is acheivable.
I highly recommend this podcast, particularly the 2nd season where Dr. Sinha offers a unique combination of science and wisdom.
