  • Very technical but worth the effort to understand

    Dr Ron’s podcasts on metabolic health are designed for listeners who want more than simple advice on dos and donts but instead want to delve deep into our body chemistry. Each episode picks up one aspect of our metabolism and attempts to explain it as best as doctors understand it using the precise scientific terminology. Of course, he adds in a lot of mnemonics and visualizations to make the complexity easy to remember.
