Love love LOVE this podcast! I am a researcher and future RD to Be who also trains for competitive sport and Lyss’ voice is such a refreshing take on so many areas especially females in sport. Just listened to episode 58 and it felt like I was listening to my own story! Definitely worth the listen for fantastic evidence based exercise/training knowledge and support.
