    Love this pod and Doc Lyss! She cuts through a lot of the noise and has super helpful episodes that are packed with info. I routinely re-listen to episodes like the zone 2 one since it’s full of info. Also, her blog is incredibly rich in info too!

  • Great info but drop the background music

    I enjoy the content and knowledge presented but can barely listen anymore since there is music playing in the background while she is speaking the entire spot. I find it incredibly distracting. The first couple of times o though I had left another app open on my phone.
